Electrochemical degradation of copper under static homogeneous magnetic field and elevated relative humidity conditions
摘要
Copper corrosion has been studied using electrochemical methods and corrosion product characterization. The results show that the thickness of corrosion product layer formed under magnetic field is nearly 2.5 times of that of reference sample. A 0.3 T magnetic field promotes the formation of corrosion product with a double-layer structure in 30 days. The main component of the outer layer is Cu2(OH)3Cl, and that of the inner layer is Cu2O. The outer layer presents hericium erinaceus-like structure composed of loose acicular crystals. The hericium erinaceus-like product has weaker inhibitory effect on the diffusion of corrosive ions.
