Green design and manufacturing processes based on additive manufacturing: A review
摘要
Green design and manufacturing process is one of the core of additive manufacturing technology, and excellent design and process are not only efficient, but also have high processing precision and high resource utilization. This work analyzes green design and manufacturing in additive manufacturing from four aspects, namely, printing materials, structural design, printing device optimization, and manufacturing process optimization. Regarding printing materials, it summarizes the commonly used categories, recyclability, and environmental impacts of different materials. In terms of structural design, the analysis highlights the advantages of additive manufacturing products and materials for lightweight applications. For printing device optimization, several efficient additive manufacturing products, materials, and equipment are evaluated based on green design and manufacturing principles. The research also investigates manufacturing process optimization by assessing the environmental effects of various additive manufacturing techniques. These findings provide valuable references and insights for promoting the widespread application of high-precision, resource-efficient printing technologies.
