Improvement of the high-temperature tensile strength of the 3D-printed Inconel 713C by rhenium doping
摘要
In this work, we investigated whether rhenium doping has a beneficial effect on the mechanical properties of the IN 713C alloy. The alloy powder was doped with rhenium using a chemical method and consolidated in the 3D printing. The tensile strength tests conducted at 750°C demonstrated the highest tensile strength for the IN 713C alloy doped with rhenium. The results indicate an 8% increase compared to alloys without a rhenium dopant. The studies confirmed the enhancement of the operational properties of the IN 713C alloy at elevated temperature by rhenium doping.
