摘要

The integration of on-demand mobility solutions such as on-demand shuttles into existing mobility ecosystems can represent a sustainable alternative to motorized private transport, particularly in rural and peri-urban areas. The aim of this work is to develop a framework that supports municipalities in the implementation of such services. Based on a document analysis and expert interviews with three existing on-demand services, the organizational and technical requirements for such systems are examined.

The results show that on-demand systems are characterized by a close integration of technical systems (e.g. booking software, pooling systems) and cross-company organizational structures (e.g. mobility providers, vehicle and personnel management). The OnDeMA-framework (on-demand mobility analysis framework) developed comprises a general role model and a system model that serves as a basis for planning and implementing new on-demand services. This work thus contributes to the systematic analysis and design of public mobility services and provides starting points for further research and practical applications.
