<p>Laryngeal necrosis is a rare but severe complication typically associated with radiation therapy, trauma, or autoimmune conditions. However, with the increasing prevalence of electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) use, emerging reports suggest a potential link between vaping and severe laryngeal injury [1, 2]. Additionally, recent literature has highlighted vaping-induced acute epiglottitis as another potential airway complication [6]. This case series describes three patients who developed laryngeal necrosis following chronic vaping use, highlighting clinical presentations, diagnostic findings (including radiology and pathology), management, and outcomes. The findings underscore the need for increased awareness among otolaryngologists and pulmonologists regarding vaping-induced laryngeal injury.</p>
