Logistics service quality and repurchase intention: investigating the mediating role of website brand image
摘要
The main purpose of this research is to examine the extent to which logistics service quality shapes consumers’ repurchase intentions in the context of online shopping, as well as to explore the mediating function of website brand image within this relationship. To address this objective, a relational research design was employed within the framework of quantitative methodology, and the associations between variables were tested using statistical analyses. Data were gathered through a survey conducted with 419 online shoppers aged eighteen and above. In the analysis, logistics service quality was conceptualized through the dimensions of “assurance” and “reliability,” while website brand image was represented by “support” and “feedback.” Repurchase intention was measured as a single construct. Findings indicated that the brand image of the website serves a mediating function in the effect of logistics service quality on repurchase intention.
