Eosinophilic mastitis associated with cyclical itchy skin lesions
摘要
A 51-year-old woman reported a painless right breast lump, noticed two days before her hospital visit. She had a history of itchy, erythematous skin lesions with papules and vesicles on the trunk and limbs, worsening in spring and summer for two years. A biopsy showed eosinophilic infiltration of the breast tissue and ruled out malignancy. Eosinophilic mastitis is uncommon and distinctive in its association with cyclical itchy dermatoses.
