摘要

Objective

This letter aims to provide additional insights and recommendations on the study by Zou and Jiang (2025) regarding cerebral edema after aneurysm clipping in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). The original article identifies key clinical predictors, but we highlight areas for further exploration to improve the study’s depth and clinical applicability.

Conclusion

We advocate for future research to adopt a multimodal approach, combining advanced imaging, biomarker analysis, and perioperative monitoring to better predict and manage postoperative cerebral edema in aSAH patients.
