<p>The 22nd International Symposium on Geo-Disaster Reduction (ISGdR2024) was held in Salerno, for the first time in Italy, from 22 to 25 July 2024. Two thematic days (23–24 July) on geo-disasters included 6 Keynote Lectures in plenary session and 14 parallel sessions with 11 invited Lectures, 61 presentations, 2 Poster sessions followed by a technical visit on 25 July. Researchers, practitioners, stakeholders and persons in charge of prevention, and civil protection shared ideas on reduction of geo-disasters.</p>
