<p>This study examines the effect of key organizational elements on the knowledge transfer performance of employees in the branches of commercial banks in Gondar city, Ethiopia. The study utilized a cross-sectional survey design and an explanatory type of research. The empirical examination of the effect of key organizational elements on employees’ knowledge transfer performance was conducted with a sample of 225 employees from the commercial bank branches in Gondar city, Ethiopia. The data were collected using a survey method from employees in 20 branches of the bank. The multiple regression analysis indicated that collaboration, learning and development, management support, shared vision, and trust significantly predict knowledge transfer performance. The study further revealed that management support has the highest impact on the knowledge transfer performance of employees. These findings support the view that higher levels of management support significantly enhance employees’ knowledge transfer performance. Consequently, the results suggest that to improve employees’ knowledge transfer performance, the bank’s management should provide full support and recognize their efforts.</p>
