A multi-decision criteria approach towards climate resilient factors for sustainable business development

With an emphasis on social, environmental, and circular economic development, this study seeks to identify critical elements that influence the growth of sustainable businesses. A circular economy, sustainable finance, zero waste, renewable energy, product and packaging recycling, and sustainable transportation are the five main factors that the study finds as having an impact on green company practices. Using energy-saving techniques, recycling garbage, embracing the circular economy concept, lowering environmental impact, and promoting long-term sustainability are the five advantages of these approaches. The fuzzy TOPSIS method is employed to rank the most significant criteria. Interviews were conducted to gather expert opinions. Fourteen experts in all participated in the interview process. According to the study, green financial investment is the most crucial factor, since it entails developing initiatives that are more suitable for the long run and have less of an influence on the environment. Through digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, Green Market lowers carbon emissions while encouraging sustainable marketing and fostering goodwill between businesses and consumers. Social responsibility is a crucial factor, since it motivates companies to support environmental improvement, awareness campaigns, education, and the fight against poverty and hunger. Encouraging green business practices requires strong legislation, such tax incentives. Green digital technology lowers costs, saves energy, and promotes sustainable mobility while increasing operational efficiency without endangering the environment. Industry experts, scholars, academics, and regulatory authorities can all benefit from the study's insights.
