Healthy effects of proper physical activity
摘要
Promoting healthy physical activity and correct lifestyles goes hand in hand with promoting health: regular physical activity is essential for individuals' well-being; this healthy lifestyle contributes to preventing some chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs). This narrative review develops by reviewing the studies published on the subject to understand the reasons for the connection between physical activity (PA) and health. There seem to be numerous authors capable of explaining this relationship, demonstrating the physical outcomes of healthy motor activity, which can produce beneficial effects on the human body. When structured correctly, physical activity can improve human health by promoting metabolic-physiological changes that reduce risk factors for NCDs, increase life expectancy, and also induce socio-economic benefits. It seems that by following the guidelines provided by experts on the methods and amounts of physical activity, both individuals and the community can derive numerous benefits.
