Objective <p>To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of different nursing interventions on intraoperative acquired pressure injuries through a network meta-analysis.</p> Methods <p>Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to the prevention of intraoperative acquired pressure injuries using various nursing interventions were retrieved. Two researchers independently conducted the literature search and data extraction.</p> Results <p>A total of 34 RCTs involving 7,451 patients and 11 different nursing interventions were included. The network meta-analysis revealed that FEMA model, time-segmented nursing intervention, bundle care, mnemonic project management, comprehensive nursing management, detailed management, evidence-based nursing, early warning management, and integrated nursing were more effective than conventional nursing in reducing the incidence of intraoperative acquired pressure injuries (all <i>p</i> &lt; 0.05). In terms of reducing the severity of intraoperative acquired pressure injuries, the FEMA model, time-segmented nursing intervention, bundle care, comprehensive nursing management, and evidence-based nursing were superior to conventional nursing, with evidence-based nursing outperforming comprehensive nursing management and comprehensive nursing management outperforming integrated nursing (all <i>p</i> &lt; 0.05). Regarding the reduction of healing time for intraoperative acquired pressure injuries, integrated nursing was more effective than evidence-based nursing, bundle care, early warning management, and conventional nursing; evidence-based nursing was more effective than bundle care, early warning management, and conventional nursing; bundle care was more effective than conventional nursing (all <i>p</i> &lt; 0.05); and early warning management was more effective than conventional nursing (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05).</p> Conclusion <p>Mnemonic project management is effective in reducing the incidence of IAPI. Evidence-based nursing and comprehensive nursing management are particularly advantageous in mitigating the severity of these injuries. Integrated nursing is the most effective strategy for accelerating the healing process of IAPI. Operating room nursing staff are advised to customize their nursing interventions according to the unique conditions of each patient, thereby ensuring that the chosen approach is optimally suited to individual requirements.</p>
