Objective <p>This retrospective study aimed to evaluate whether aligner-incorporated bite turbos placed on implant-supported temporary crowns improve the predictability of maxillary molar intrusion during clear aligner treatment (CAT).</p> Methods <p>80 adult patients treated with clear aligners were included and divided into two groups: no-BT (<i>n</i> = 45) and bite turbo (BT) (<i>n</i> = 35). Digital models were superimposed using palatal rugae–based registration in OnyxCeph (Image Instruments, Chemnitz, Germany). Planned and achieved intrusion, lack of correction, and molar inclination were analyzed. Intra- and inter-examiner reliability were assessed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC).</p> Results <p>No statistically significant differences were observed between BT and control groups in planned intrusion (<i>p</i> = 0.184), lack of correction (<i>p</i> = 0.953), or achieved inclination (<i>p</i> = 0.137).</p> Conclusions <p>Within the limitations of this retrospective study, aligner-incorporated bite turbos on temporary prosthetic crowns did not significantly improve elongated maxillary molar intrusion during clear aligner therapy.</p>
