Background <p>The Observatory of Chronic Health Conditions when based on a comprehensive and detailed view of the population’s health status. In this way the Observatory enables the identification of trends, the evaluation of intervention effectiveness, and the early detection of potential outbreaks or worsening of chronic conditions.</p> Aim <p>To evaluate an Observatory of Chronic Health Conditions to ensure the usability, acceptability, and perceived relevance, relevance, and utility of the collected data, facilitating continuous monitoring and decision-making for health managers.</p> Methods <p>This technological research was evaluated by 470 people with different user profiles. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire, employing a five-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using variance analysis.</p> Results <p>The evaluation involved various profiles, resulting in positive feedback regarding the platform’s utility and facility. The data were analyzed and categorized, revealing distinct perceptions among participant groups and their implications for Sustainable Development.</p> Conclusions <p>The observatory allows for a detailed analysis of the population’s health status, facilitating evidence-based interventions and contributing to effective public policies, thereby supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.</p>
