<p>Congenital epiglottic cysts, though rare, represent a recognized etiology of upper airway obstruction in neonates and infants. Airway management of large epiglottic cysts presents significant challenges due to the inherent risk of catastrophic airway compromise. We present a case of difficult airway management in a neonate with a giant congenital epiglottic cyst, detailing an effective technique for glottic visualization and successful endotracheal intubation.</p>
