Background <p>High recurrence rate is a common problem of the available lines of therapy of female urethral condyloma (FUC). Many cases require more than successive treatment modality. This case report introduces a novel triple therapy approach with high cure rate.</p> Case presentation <p>A case of FUC discovered during routine vaginal examination referred to the urologist. Microsurgical excision was performed. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of human Papilloma viris (HPV) nature. Colposcopically-guided cervical biopsy detected CIN I. Tricholoroacetic acid (TCA) Ablative cervical therapy was done. Concomitant adjuvant HPV-vaccination for both couple was initiated. On follow-up, complete cure was observed followed by spontaneous pregnancy.</p> Conclusions <p>Triple therapy in the form of urologic surgical excision, gynecologic endoscopic intervention, and adjuvant HPV vaccination is a time saving comprehensive management of FUC with high cure rate.</p>

摘要

Background

Case presentation
