Pholiota swatica sp. nov. (Strophariaceae) from Swat, Pakistan
摘要
Abstract
During this study, we describe a new species, Pholiota swatica, from a temperate forest of northern Pakistan. The species was established as a new taxon through molecular phylogenetic analysis of the ITS region of nrDNA and comparing of its macro- and micro-morphological characteristics with similar taxa. The new species, collected from Utror Valley, Swat, forms a separate clade in the phylogenetic tree and is distinguished by having hemispheric to obtuse, brownish orange pileus, white lamellae, and shorter pleuro- and cheilocystidia as well as oblong basidiospores (4)5–6 × 3 (4)–5 µm. Description, illustrations, and phylogenetic analysis results of the new species are provided.
