摘要

Abstract

The results of a study of the phase composition, structure, and strength properties of composite Ti–TiC coatings obtained by laser cladding at different speeds of laser beam movement over the titanium surface are presented. The regularities of change in the coating thickness are established, and the average distribution density of carbide particles in their volume, which affect the strength properties of the samples, is determined. Using fractographic analysis, a number of characteristic features of fractures of titanium samples obtained at different laser cladding speeds are identified.
