Biocompatible Injected Calcium Phosphate Materials for Guided Regeneration in Maxillofacial Surgery
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to develop new injectable paste-like materials based on dicalcium phosphate dihydrate for minimally invasive bone replacement and defect filling in maxillofacial surgery and dentistry. The production process for hydrated pastes based on dicalcium phosphate dihydrate was identified, the synthesis process parameters were determined, and the chemical and structural characteristics were studied. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the cytotoxicity of the developed hydrated pastes in vitro, and patterns in the influence of paste particle concentrations on the pH of the culture medium were identified.
