Structure and Properties of Composite Filler Materials for the Formation of Antifriction Surface Layers with Increased Wear Resistance
摘要
Abstract
The structure and properties of filler rods manufactured by extrusion from powder semi-finished products were studied. Babbitt B83 powder was used as the matrix, and Ti2NbAl intermetallic particles and bismuth-doped aluminum alloy powder were used as reinforcing fillers. Qualitative and quantitative composition of fillers, semi-finished products, and composite filler rods was studied.
