Ferroelectric Piezoelectric Ceramics Based on Alkali Metal Niobates
摘要
A comparison of the properties of environmentally friendly alkaline niobate-based ferroelectric piezoceramic materials was conducted, focusing on the transition from traditional manufacturing methods to processes utilizing externally applied pressure, mechanoactivation of synthesized powders, modification of the elemental composition, and the introduction of an additional isothermal dwell time during sintering via hot pressing. Crystal structure, micristructure, piesoelectrical, electroelastic, and mechanical properties of objects were investigated. Optimal processing parameters that ensure the best electrophysical properties of the materials were selected. It was concluded that the obtained results are promising for use in the development of similar materials and electronic devices based on them.
