摘要

Abstract

The BaGa4Se7 (BGSe) crystals are grown vertically using the Bridgman method and their main properties are studied. The thermal conductivity values of LiGaS2 (LGS) crystal are clarified. The main defects are identified using photoluminescence spectra. It is shown that annealing of BGSe crystals in the BaSe atmosphere leads to a strong weakening of photoluminescence peak. A search for new promising crystals for high-power laser systems is carried out based on the results of molecular design. The AgLiGa2Se4 crystal is found and grown by us using the Bridgman method. The main physical parameters for this crystal are investigated.
