Wear Resistance and Anticorrosion Properties of Composite Gas-Thermal Coatings Based on Systems (Ti–Al)–(Fe–Cr) and (Ti–Al)–(Fe–Cr–Ni–Mo)
摘要
Abstract
Influence of porosity of composite gas-thermal coatings based on titanium alloys (Ti–Al)–(Fe–Cr) and (Ti–Al)–(Fe–Cr–Ni–Mo) containing TiN on their structure, wear resistance, and anticorrosion properties was studied. It was shown that the additional introduction of steel wire during thermal spraying significantly reduces their porosity, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance of coatings, as well as their increased corrosion resistance.
