Study of Forming Technologies in Manufacturing Parts from Electrovacuum Ceramic VK94-1

Abstract
The paper presents the results of research on various forming technologies for the production of ceramic parts made from VK94-1 material. A granulated press powder with specified characteristics was produced using the spray drying method from an aqueous ceramic suspension based on a powdered composition of VK94-1. The granulate was used to fill molds and form parts using axial and cold isostatic pressing methods. Ceramic parts were also manufactured using the gel casting method, where the ceramic powder suspension was mixed with a gelling agent and poured into a mold made using 3D printing. The results of research were utilized to develop a selective approach to forming ceramic parts of various configurations.
