A Technology for Manufacturing Three-Layer Honeycomb Structures Based on VKU-59 Carbon-Fiber-Reinforced Plastic and VPS-68 Fiberglass and Thick-Walled Structures Based on VKU-59 Carbon Fiber
摘要
Abstract
The paper presents the results of studies on the development of manufacturing technologies by vacuum-autoclave molding of thick-walled and three-layer honeycomb structures made of VKU-59 carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic and VPS-68 fiberglass from KMKU-6.80.UV.45 (65) and KMKS-6.80.T60(VMP).37 (55) adhesive prepregs, respectively. Three-layer structures have been studied in terms of the parameters of destructive load under three- and four-point bending, compressive strength, and peeling force of the skin from the honeycomb core. Thick-walled structures have been studied using thermogravimetric analysis and physicomechanical tensile tests.
