A Theoretical Justification of the Applicability of the Method of Deformation-Free Fixing of Workpieces on Cyanocrylate Adhesives during Cutting

Abstract
Theoretical aspects of fixing workpieces on cutting machines using polymer compositions are considered. Theoretical calculations obtained in the part of the study of factors influencing the possibility of reliable fixing of the workpiece on the polymer composition are presented. Methods and calculation schemes for determining the applicability of the method of deformation-free fixing of workpieces on the polymer nanocomposite are obtained. The elastic compliance of the polymer layer is determined to determine the permissible cutting forces of the finishing pass.
