Simulation of Technological Modes to Produce Silicone Molds Based on 3D Master Models
摘要
Abstract
It is shown that fused deposition modeling 3D printing technology allows combining casting technology and 3D printing, because it enables using silicone molds, which make it possible to use one printed master model to produce from 30 to 40 casting molds while maintaining the required 3D printing parameters. A program was developed to calculate the technological modes to produce silicone molds taking into account the individual parameters of compounds, the type of equipment for dosing a compound, and 3D master models, based on which silicone molds are obtained. Recommendations to use 3D printing methods to produce casting molds are also given.
