Modeling of the Kinetics of Desorption of Dioctyl Phthalate from Polyvinylchloride into Human Blood and Simulation Fluids
摘要
A model for the assessment of the kinetics of desorption of dioctyl phthalate from polyvinylchloride films with a coating based on polyurethanes with various compositions into human blood and simulation fluids is proposed. The approach to the modeling of the kinetics of desorption of the plasticizer is based on the equations describing the kinetic dependences of desorption in the system of coordinates of the square root from the time of the process. The proposed model provides determination of the dependence of the kinetics of desorption of the plasticizer on the composition of polyurethane. The delay time of the process of desorption is found and a parameter determining the ratio between the processes of desorption into simulation fluids and blood is proposed.
