Abstract

Based on the materials of studies of fall phytoplankton in 2015–2017, 2019, and 2021, the ecological state of the Pavlovskoe Reservoir has been assessed; 276 species and intraspecific taxa of algae from 10 divisions are identified, and the basis of species richness is formed by diatoms and green algae (64% of algoflora). An analysis of the structural indicators of phytoplankton and changes in the dominant complex allows us to speak about an intensive succession of phytoplankton. The trophic status of the reservoir in the fall generally corresponds to the mesotrophic category of waters.
