Abstract <p>During the implementation of the program of photometric studies of variable stars, 215 variable stars were studied in selected fields. Variability parameters were refined for 48 of them, and variability was discovered and studied for the first time for 42 of them. A description of the Small Photometric Telescope, installed in the 4th pavilion of the Caucasian Mountain Observatory (CMO) of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute of Moscow State University (SAI MSU), is provided. Particular attention is given to the installed instruments and technical aspects of the observation organization.</p>
