Reactions of Anthranilamide and 2-Aminobenzenesulfonamide with Pyruvic Acid Esters
摘要
Abstract
2-Aminobenzamide (anthranilamide) and 2-aminobenzene-1-sulfonamide reacted with ethyl and methyl pyruvates in glacial acetic acid to produce methyl (ethyl) 2-methyl-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline-2-carboxylates and methyl (ethyl) 3-methyl-1,1-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1λ6,2,4-benzothiadiazine-3-carboxylates. The structure of the synthesized compounds was determined by X-ray analysis.
