Synthesis and Dual-State Emission of 4-Aryl-6-chloro-2-dimethylaminomethyleneaminopyridine-3,5-dicarbonitriles
摘要
Abstract
A one-pot method for obtaining highly functional pyridines, 4-aryl-2-dimethylaminomethylеneamino-6-chloropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitriles, has been developed based on 3-arylcyclopropane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitriles. The synthesized compounds have exhibited a rare type of dual-state emission both in solution and in the solid state. The fluorescence maximums in a solution in DMSO have depended on the substituent, being in the range of 428–530 nm (456–522 nm in the solid state).
