Abstract <p>A photonic interface is suggested that provides the deterministic transformation of photonic qubits with polarization encoding to photonic qubits with phase encoding of two-frequency radiation. The suggested interface configuration employs the means of coherent optics and may be applied in creating hybrid quantum networks.</p>
