Improving the Performance of NO2 Gas Sensor using Semiconducting Polymers and Graphene
摘要
Abstract
In this work, the effect of changing temperatures and changing the mixing ratios of TFB-polymer and graphene (TFB : G) on the efficiency of the gas sensor for nitrogen dioxide gas (NO2) was studied. The results appeared that the best sensitivity of the fabricated device was at mixing ratios of 5 : 1 and at a temperature of 150°C, reaching 64.4%, while the lowest sensitivity was at mixing ratio of 5 : 4 and at a temperature of 100°C, where it decrease to 3.7%. While the results showed that the minimum recovery and response time were 1s at a mixing ratio and temperature of 5 : 1 and 150°C, respectively.
