Investigation of Conductance in the Extended Hubbard Model
摘要
Abstract
The electrical conductance is calculated in the extended Hubbard model on a hexagonal lattice as a function of the magnitude of the interaction of electrons on neighboring lattice sites in the region of the phase diagram where this interaction approximately compensates for the interaction of electrons on the same site. The study is performed using a hybrid Monte Carlo method with the site and link Hubbard fields. A regular excess of conductance over the ballistic limit is detected.
