Synthesis of Cobalt Oxide Solar Cell

Abstract
In this paper, we report the successful synthesis of cobalt oxide solar cell and characterized a high-efficiency cobalt oxide (Co3O4) solar cell. The solar cell was constructed using the spin coating technique with a power conversion efficiency of 18.71% under 1-sun illumination (100 mW/cm2), with an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.544 V and a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 151.21 mA/cm2. These results highlight the potential of using readily available materials and simple deposition techniques to achieve efficient Co3O4-based solar cells.
