Acoustic Properties of a Biaxial Potassium Titanyl Arsenate KTiOAsO4 Crystal
摘要
This paper presents the acoustic properties of a potassium titanyl arsenate crystal, a promising acousto-optic material. The elastic constants for this crystal were determined, as well as phase velocity of acoustic waves and angles between the phase and group material velocity vectors. The acoustic parameters of the crystal were calculated based on experimental data from the Schaefer–Bergmann diagram and elastic wave velocity measured with the phase method.
