Abstract
A series of experiments were performed to study the formation of collimated collisionless plasma flows in a transverse magnetic field, the interaction of counterpropagating jets, the generation of high-frequency oscillations, the formation of shock structures in a dense background plasma, and the generation of an Alfvén wing in a rarefied background plasma.
