The de Haas–van Alphen Effect in Two-Dimensional Metals at a Fixed Electron Density
摘要
Abstract
The de Haas–van Alphen effect in two-dimensional metals is studied under various conditions and with an arbitrary form of Landau levels. The limit of fixed electron density is considered alongside an intermediate situation with a finite reservoir of electronic states. An analytical equation for magnetization at an arbitrary temperature and a constant electron density is obtained.
