Frequency-Dependent Dielectric Permittivity of Nickel–Zinc Ferrites
摘要
Abstract—
In this paper, we report the technique used to measure the relative permittivity (εr) of M200VNP and M1000NN nickel–zinc ferrites in the frequency range 1–100 kHz and the results obtained. At frequencies below 50 kHz, the ferrites exhibit interfacial polarization and, as a result, they have an anomalously high εr. At higher frequencies, their εr decreases to a constant level near 12.
