Effect of Structural State on the Corrosion Resistance of Pure Magnesium
摘要
Abstract
The effect of structural state after deformation on the corrosion resistance of pure magnesium was studied. It was found that upsetting by ~10% at a temperature of 150°C of the state annealed after equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) allows one to obtain the best corrosion resistance (11.2 ± 0.6 mm/year) by increasing the density of the twins to 779 × 10–5 μm–2.
