Abstract <p>Based on the harmonic cascade model, the rate constants of radiative cooling of the molecular negative ions of phenazine were calculated. It was determined that radiative cooling of molecular negative ions does not significantly affect the rates of electron autodetachment and makes no distortion to the results of measuring the negative ions lifetime by resonance electron capture mass spectrometry.</p>
