Abstract <p>A gas–magnetoexciton condensate phase boundary in an excited two-dimensional electron system placed in a quantizing magnetic field is built in coordinates of temperature and density of excitations. Experimental data suggest the condensate is a Hall dielectric excited state that is collective and incompressible in real space.</p>
