A Model for Searching for Optimal Solutions to Increase Triboresistance of Materials: Theoretical Background of the Problem
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this article is to study ways to improve the efficiency of household appliances. Аs a key direction, modification of lubricants with special additives is considered. These compounds form protective layers on rubbing surfaces. This allows for a significant reduction in wear and tear, preventing the formation of scuffs, improving the antifriction properties of friction components, and restoring the working surfaces in contact interaction areas. The proposed approach is aimed at extending the service life of household devices by optimizing the performance of tribological systems. Particular attention is paid to compounds that can not only protect, but also regenerate worn surfaces during operation.
