Abstract <p>The activation energy of the surface of materials is considered in the context of collision theory. The necessary condition for the efficiency of collisions consists in the fact that the collision energy satisfies the conditions. Theoretical approaches to the studies on the mechanisms of the temperature effect exerted on the reaction rate are considered.</p>
