Abstract

The capabilities of microarc oxidation technology and equipment for producing electrolyte suspensions containing graphene particles were examined. The electrical operating modes of the technological current source were shown to enable the formation of electrolyte suspensions with graphene particles exhibiting different degrees of oxidation through plasma-chemical exfoliation of graphite, ranging from multilayer graphene particles obtained in the cathodic pulse mode to graphene oxide particles with varying degrees of functionalization produced in anodic and intermediate modes.
