Abstract <p>The commentary is given on current methods of quantitative analysis of anthocyanins (excluding non-destructive spectroscopic techniques). The advantages and drawbacks of these methods are discussed, and an opinion on the optimal choice of routine method for anthocyanin quantification is offered.</p>
