Polyphenolic Complex of the Above-Ground Phytomass of Dryopteris fragrans (L.) Schott. from Yakutia: Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction and Identification by Tandem Mass Spectrometry
摘要
The aim of this work was to study the metabolomic composition, particularly the polyphenolic complex, in extracts of the medicinal plant Dryopteris fragrans (L.) Schott, belonging to the family Dryopteridaceae Herter (or Aspidiaceae Mett. ex Frank), which grows in the cold pole conditions of the Oymyakon District in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Supercritical СО2-extraction was used to isolate the polyphenolic complex from the above-ground phytomass of the plant. Tandem mass spectrometry was employed to identify the polyphenolic compounds in the extracts of Dryopteris fragrans (L.). A total of 72 chemical compounds representing the polyphenolic complex were preliminarily identified. Some compounds were discovered for the first time in Dryopteris fragrans extracts: flavones (3), flavonols (4), hydroxycinnamic acids (3), stilbene (1), coumarins (2), lignans (2).
