摘要

Abstract

The aim of this scientific work was to clarify the polyphenolic composition of the extracts in the berries of Rosa rugosa, Rosa acicularis, Rosa amblyotis, belonging to the Rosaceae family, and to identify new polyphenolic compounds. Tandem mass spectrometry of extracts from the berries of R. rugosa, R. acicularis, R. amblyotis was used to identify target analytes in the extracts. Preliminary identification of 48 polyphenolic compounds previously not mentioned in the scientific literature on the Rosaceae family. Preliminary identification of 48 polyphenolic compounds previously not mentioned in the scientific literature on the Rosaceae family, including 15 flavones, 14 flavonols, 4 flavan-3-ols, 3 flavanones, 2 gallotannins, 1 ellagitannin, 3 coumarins, 1 chalcone, 4 phenolic acids, etc. For example, for the first time in the extracts of R. rugosa, R. acicularis, R. amblyotis the following polyphenolic compounds were identified: flavones calycosin, salvigenin, jaceosidin, cirsilineol, lonicerin, chrysoeriol di-O-glucoside, flavonols astragalin, isorhamnetin 3-O-pentoside, rhamnetin I, rhamnetin II, dihydrochalcone phlorizin, coumarins fraxidin and fraxin etc.
